Salary Range: PhP 15,000 – PhP 17,000
 
Overall Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall daily kitchen operations, its employees and compliance of the kitchen to ensure continuous customer satisfaction
Prepares food for clients.
Helps devise new methods of cooking and new menu items.
Streamlines work from back of house to front of house.
Specific Duties:
Prepares foods to the specifications of the client
Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with dietary concerns
Manages other employees in the kitchen
Assists other cooks during the food assembly process
Maintains kitchen cleanliness and safety
Orders ingredients, spices and equipment as needed
Keeps records and accounts of food purchases
Orders new menu items for specials or cheap deals
Devises new recipes and menu
Estimates expected food consumption and organizes preparation
Prepares food costing
Meets with customers to ensure a great meal experience
Communicates with owner about how to improve meal service
Requirements:
Vocational Diploma/Short Course/ Bachelor’s degree Food & Beverage Services Management, Culinary, or related field
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
Required Languages: English, Cebuano, Filipino
Willing to work in Barangay Buot, Punta Engano, Lapu-Lapu City
