คุณสมบัติ :
Qualifications & Experience
- Have a minimum of 5 years professional work experience in program development, project management and fundraising, preferably in the not-for-profit sector. A minimum of 2 years which should in a senior management position (eg. [Deputy] Head of Programs or Senior Program Manager).
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Social Sciences or development studies, (PostGraduate in a relevant discipline is preferred). Training in project planning and management, Human Rights Based Approach, Participatory approaches and methodologies, Modern Slavery, and Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation
- Experience in designing, setting up and coordinating monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment systems and processes of a program are required
- Experience in managing funding from a diversity of sources including governments and aid agencies, private sector donors.
Proven experience of working with government agencies, (I)NGOs and community-based civil society.
- Experience working with vulnerable people is essential, experience working in human trafficking and South-East Asia are considered an advantage.
Essential Knowledge
- Sound and up to date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies and techniques including understanding of modern slavery issues in development.
- Sound knowledge in the political, social, economic and historic environment in which LIFT International's anti-trafficking program is operating at both national and local levels
- Understanding of project cycle management.
- Excellent understanding of business/partnership development, fund-raising, donor strategies, governmental and international relations in the country.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting systems in the country.
- Strong knowledge of M&E methodology, quality assurance
