What is the opportunity for you?
We are looking for an experienced SEO and Google Adwords team lead who wants to take their career to the next level by building your own department and owning your own P/L statement.
You will be building up your own high-performance SEO and Google Adwords team from scratch within our existing agency. You have full access to our existing agency infrastructures, such as loyal clients and proven agency processes.
Compensation is flexible and a mix of salary and profit-sharing based on the performance of your department.
What you will be doing (Your Responsibilities)
Build, train and lead a high-performance SEO and Adwords marketing team that generates the highest ROI through digital marketing spend for progressive businesses
Work closely with the CEO to strategically manage your own business unit and P/L statement
Support our sales team strategically to refine offers and support on pitching our services to new clients

What you bring to Northstar (Experiences)
Proven track record of driving strong ROI from SEO and Adwords marketing efforts
Proven track record of managing and leading teams
Experience with industry software such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console etc
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) including Goal setting, ecommerce tracking and custom reporting
Client facing experience (leading client calls, responding to messages, fielding difficult client questions)
Experience with project management tools, software and methodology (Asana, Basecamp, Jira, etc)
