Looking for EXPERIENCED Help Desk Level 1 / 2 /3 representatives

Full time and Part-time (weekend) opportunities available

Full time ranges from 17-22K base salary plus benefits

MUST BE
Dedicated with no attendance issues
Experienced in
Speak fluent English (No broken English whatsoever)
Be an expert in Windows 10 in an Active Directory environment
Know how to provide basic Office 365 user level support - create new users, delete users, email forwarding, password resets, etc.
Know how to reset passwords in Active Directory.
Know how to set up and configure Outlook for use with Office 365.
