We are in need of this position:
HR MANAGER
Job Description:
Maximize workforce capability, manage end to end employee lifecycle, support day-to-day HR Operations as well as proactively engage in process improvement.
Works collaboratively with the team to map-out and implement a comprehensive and sustainable development program that cultivates an organizational climate of inclusion and respect on our diverse workforce.
Facilitate end to end HR needs pertaining to Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Succession Planning and Skills Assessment.
Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues.
Proactive inputs to HR verticals on benchmarking requirements seeking internal as well as external market “best practice” opportunities that will enhance engagement.
Qualifications:
A BS degree holder preferably in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
With at least 5 years HR work experience
With 3-year experience as an HR Manager or Supervisor
Has a working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and its allied laws, rules and regulations.
With excellent people management skills and able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
Must be proactive, dependable and responsible
Has the ability to work independently or with a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Power Point)
