Job Description
The HR Manager shall have the following job functions:
1. Development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and vision
2. Handling of job relation's activities and acting on employee grievances and issues
3. Administration and implementation of disciplines across the whole organization
4. Management of recruitment strategies, organization of rewards system and employee engagement
5. Creation of a motivating working environment for the employees
6. Monitoring and implementation of compensation and benefits program of the company
7. Ensurance of labor laws compliance
