· Ongoing Evaluation of Tools and Recruitment Strategiesto Improve Recruitment Efficiency
· IT Candidates Sourcing Through Job Platforms, SocialMedia, Internal & External Initiatives
· Candidates Screening - Resume Screening, HRInterviews, Employment Documentation
· Onboarding & Termination Process Coordination
· Managing Vacancies Throughout the Full RecruitmentLifecycle; Recruitment Channels Extensions
· General Employer Branding Activities Online andOffline
· Recruitment Market Analysis - Location Analysis,Skillset Analysis, Gap Analysis, TM Analysis
Profile Requirements
As an HR Recruiter at Adastra we are looking for someonewith the following skillset and experience:
· (Required) Location in Chiang Mai or Bangkok
· (Required) Very Good Command in Both English andThai Languages. Communication Skills.
· (Required) 5 Years of Experience in a Similar Role- HR and/or Recruitment
· (Required) Microsoft Office Literacy - Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
· (Required) Any Technical (IT) Background andInterest to Learn
· (Optional) A Wide Network of Personal and BusinessContacts or Rich Social Media Profiles
· (Optional) Organizational and Multi-tasking Skills
· (Optional) Management or Lead Experience

· Gross Monthly Salary = 35,000-60,000 THB (Basedon Experience)
· Gross Annual Performance Bonus = 35,000-70,000THB (Based on Experience)
