Job Description
•Directly reports to HR Manager and Administration Senior Manager
•Creates and conducts Orientation Program relevant to the company's need.
•Coordinate with Other companies for possible Plant Tour.
•Conduct and evaluate Motivation Survey.
•Implement company-wide training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented training programs
