Job Description
Responsible for processing of Training Yearly Plan, Coordinating, Evaluation, Follow up,
Analysis and development training jobs.
Responsible for implementation Orientation Program for new employee.
Responsible for cooperation and process in case of employee’s Abroad Training.
Responsible for processing of Yearly Employee Promotion and Education Promotion.
Responsible for Controlling and Management HR document control system.
Requirement
Male or Female, age 22-25 years old.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Management or Related Field.
Good command in English (Read, Write, Communication)
Computer literate in basic business software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Experience in HR, HRD
English Level
Level 4 - Conversational Level
