Core Functions:
• Selection and recruitment of applicants encompassing processing of Personnel Requisition Form, job posting, initial interview, psychological assessment, schedule of interview with concerned manager, contract preparation, and orientation to new employees
• Processing and communication of employee benefits such as maternity and sickness benefits, HMO Coverage, insurance, among others
• Timely accomplishment of performance appraisals and regularization of new employees
• Maintaining records of SL and VL in software, and forwards forms of same to payroll personnel
• Preparation and issuance of memoranda; disseminates announcements to all departments
• Scheduling and facilitation of administrative hearing
• Teams up with the Asst. Manager for Operations and Administration in planning and facilitation of company events
• Processing of employee resignation
• Maintenance of 201 files
• Prepares and issues Accountability Forms, Training contracts, and other similar documents
Qualifications:
• Female
• College graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in MS Office utilization
• Can communicate well on both written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented, organized, and can work with minimal supervision
• Fast-learner and willing to be trained
• Can effectively work with all types of personalities
• Experience in preparation of memoranda, e-mails, and letters required
• At least 6 months experience in HR setting required
• Preferably residing in Makati City or nearby cities
*Salary is negotiable upon final interview, based on qualifications
