Managing all HR and general administrative functions.
Managing day to day staff under company policy and regulation.
Well organizing all company assets to keep at good conditions.
Assisting Regional Support Operation Manger relating to HR & Admin works.
Handling recruitment assignments including; sourcing candidates, liaising with advertisement agencies and screening applications.
Responsible for welfare, benefits & health insurance and annual health checking for employees.
Contacting government departments when needed
Preparing summary reports on management requirements.

ดูแลทรัพย์สินของบริษัทให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ดีตลอดเวลา
ช่วยสํานักงานใหญ่ในการสรรหาบุคลากรของสาขา
ประสานงานกับทางสํานักงานใหญ่ในการดูแลงานประกันสังคม, ประกันสุขภาพ รวมทั้งสวัสดิการด้านต่างๆ
ติดต่อหน่วยงานราชการเมื่อจําเป็น
จัดทํารายงานต่างๆ เมื่อผู้จัดการร้องขอ

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน :
1. Male, Female, age not over 35 years old
2. Bachelors Degree in any related field
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations. Having a few year experiences in supervisor level.
4. Fair command of both written & spoken English
5. Having knowledge of Thai Labor Law.
6. Able to operate a PC computer and use Microsoft Office, Internet and E-mail
7. Good personality, strong in managing people skills.
8. Able to work for 6 days from Monday to Saturday
