For Export: - Receive purchase orders from customers thru agents, our commercial dept or directly from customers. - Check list details of PO: Customer status for payment, availability of raw material (crust), chemicals, price, check space at production to determine a delivery date. - Confirm with our Commercial Management and send confirmation to customer within 48 hours. - Input PO to our system Navision to get CST number. - Allocate raw material on system to lock crust from stock. - Track status of PO during production process and keep customer informed in case of any change or delay. - Prepare shipment schedule once order is inspected. - Send shipping details to customer. Logistic: - Update quotation of service and sea freight cost for all destinations we have regular shipments. - Make booking for each shipment. Quotation of sea freight for LCL and FCL and truck transportation. - Organize transportation from and from the port. - Keep records of each cost for every shipment we make. Custom Service: - Take care of all communication with customers and update the department involved. - Receive all claims, complaints, and suggestions from customers and update the department involved. - Organize and assist our customers on their travel agenda when they visit our company. - Keep communication with customers regarding delivery schedule on a weekly basis.

Required work experience
- Any gender, age 28-35 years old - Exp. at least 3 years in import-export, freight forwarding, or logistics - Responsible, regardful and pro-active - Good communication skills - Fluent in English as all of our customers are based abroad - Experience with the jobs and skills listed above - TOEIC score of 600 or higher - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite - Able to work on Saturday(half day/every Sat)
