Job Description:
The role is responsible for managing the company's investment portfolios, aiming to achieve the best possible return within the approved investment and risk management frameworks.
a) Maintain and constantly enhance the company's investment management framework -- which includes investment policy, governance practices and investment strategies -- ensuring adherance to Allianz Group standards and regulatory requirements
b) Manage and monitor investment portfolio performance vis-à-vis approved plan and agreed benchmarks, identifying opportunities and addressing key risks
c) Implement robust and effective investment reporting and analytics for internal use and management presentation.
Qualifications:
-In depth understanding of local capital markets and different assets classes, including derivatives
-Working knowledge of asset liability management and implications of risk based capital framework in developing liability-driven investment strategy
-Strong English business communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
-People management and leadership skills, preferably in a multinational company setting
-Investment management experience of at least 5 years
-CFA or similar qualifications preferble
