· Prepare up-to-dateinformation about the company's operations and financial to current andpotential shareholders using Presentations and data visualization 
· Support an investmentpitching with potential investors 
· Providing feedbackto management, and crisis management  
· Manage events suchas press releases, handling inquiries and shareholder meetings 
· Corporate withthird-party research analysts. 
Qualifications:
· 2-5 years Professionalwork experience in business analytic, Investment banking, Venture capital orPrivate equity firm, Business development, Economist 
· Understand Quantitativefinancial documents such as annual/quarterly reports 
· Understand Qualitativeinformation such as the company's business model and strategic direction 
· Understand Fundraising process, Due Diligence, Valuation, Risk assessments 
· Have passion inStart-up field with can do attitude 
· Requires someinternational traveling 
· Multilingualapplicants can expect a slight advantage.
