Responsibilities
Implementation of IT risk management cycle
Support implementation of IT risk management cycle
Provide support to business units to conduct IT related self-assessment (e.g. provide knowledge expertise and guidance for process mapping and root cause analysis)
Identify approved IT risk appetite and ensure IT risk level is managed according to IT risk tolerance
Oversee the effectiveness of the business units' IT related risk management practices by regularly following up with the risk owners, regularly monitoring risk mitigation, and escalating issues as appropriate
Summarize and analyze reporting results from all units (including IT risk reports and self-assessment reports)
Coordinate with Operational Risk team for IT related Loss Data collection
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
+5 years of banking expertise
+3 years of operational risk role
Comprehensive understanding of risk management processes
General understanding of IT risks and awareness of latest risk mitigation techniques
Solid analytical, critical and strategic thinking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills (both English and local language)
Preferred qualifications: FRM, PRM, CRISC, CRM or CERA
