Our client provides various services across the globe
Work Location: Bangkok
Artemis is now seeking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer with at least 2 years of working experience.
Responsibilities
Supporting HQ and other locations globally
Set up, upgrade and maintain physical and virtual servers located at Head Office and other branches in Bangkok
Upgrade and maintain computer network systems (both wired and wireless)
Perform periodic (planned) systems maintenance
Manage the backup system
Troubleshoot and fix the unexpected incidents
Monitor systems health and flag any concerns in a timely manner to reduce risks
Make sure the CMDB is up-to-date
Work closely with the Group IT Operations team in order to enforce the related Group IT standards / Policies
Provide day-to-day user support to all branches and countries
Provide report to the IT Operations Supervisor (Infrastructure)
Qualifications
Thai nationality
At least 2 years of experienced in setting up, upgrading and maintaining servers (Preferably Microsoft Technologies)
Cloud: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure
Software: vmware esxi
Server: Dell
Demonstratable experienced in managing computer network systems (e.g., Cisco and FortiGate)
Good English communication skills
