Job Description:
• Developing and maintaining Infrastructure and Operation Support team.• Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures in order to standardize all IT related functions.• Lead Infrastructure and operation support center - Planning, installing, maintaining, supporting, training, developing and implementing.• Strong knowledge in Hardware, Server, OS, Database, Website and cloud technology.• Strong knowledge administrator, AD, DNS, O365 email, Azure. • Provide both on and off-site support, telephone support, and remote access support for the customer.• Manage and perform assigned tasks effectively, work together with others as cohesive team, communication and act professionally within workplace and with customer.• Manage IT project to ensure that project meets agree upon timeline, budget, scope and quality• Lead and control the service level agreement and KPI, leading the team to improve and create process and procedure
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer science or related fields.• At least 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure, IT applications and Microsoft implementation.• Good command of written and spoken English.• Reliable, self-motivated and attention to detail.• Good analytical and presentation skills.• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.• English skill is good
