4. Familiar with database, Shell, IP network routing switching, firewall and other network technologies;
5. Familiar with CTI, IVR, CIM, SIP, sound recording and other call center system functions, with certain experience in problem judgment;
6. In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols.
7. Previous experience working as a VoIP Network Engineer.
