Responsibilities
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to streamline IT service delivery as well as to comply with company's IT policy.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including reports, backups, software updates, and patch management.
Continuously monitor our systems and services to identify and address any issues or anomalies promptly.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; provide technical support to end-users, escalating complex problems when necessary.
Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls; ensure adherence to network security protocols.
Track and manage IT assets, including hardware and software licenses; coordinate the procurement and deployment of new equipment.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of IT operations, incidents, and resolutions; generate reports on system performance and security.
Collaborate with IT staff on technology implementations and projects; participate in system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Qualifications
2+ years ITOps, or SE experience, or
excellent academic result or previous job performance
Bachelor degree in information technology, computer science, or related fields.
Very strong in PowerShell, Bash script, and Linux shell commands.
Experience in VBScript, Python..
Proficient in document/spreadsheet processing software e.g. Google Doc/Sheet, MS Word/Excel.
Solid understanding in operating systems, networks and securities.
Technology focused, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving, and self-improvement.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently and cooperatively with both non-technical and technical team members.
