Job Description
ᆞ Daily trouble shooting ic.
ᆞ MGLT operating system i.e. logistics/ insurance/WMS DMS/accounting
ᆞ Network problem i.e Extemal website, LAN Wifi connection, Warehouse connection
ᆞ Prepare and create permission for access the server system.
ᆞ Lead monitoring incident ticket operation and ensure service level agreement
ᆞ Manage and implement IT infrastructure projects

 1. Requirement Gender : Male Female Age : Not over 35 years old Education Background : Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field Experience : At least 5 years in IT Support, IT Helpdesk Personality : Quick action, can work under pressure, good relationship, eagle to leam new thing. Language : Good command in English (middle level)
 2. Location: 15th Floor, Sathorn City Tower, 175 South Sathorn Road, Tungmahamek, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand
