As a technical lead, you will be responsible for leading & working with your team to develop, implement and enhance a set of the core payment, financial system and/or surrounding/supporting systems. You will be leading and ensuring product quality, applying agile methodology with automation approaches.
Team Leaders duties include communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines with designated teams. Responsible for motivating team members and assessing their performance and evaluation.
Lead development a well-designed. Manage team to deliver product good quality, delegate tasks and delivery by project timeline
Responsible for BAU product support
Seeking new technology and refresh team technology stacks
Oversee day-to-day team's operation and performance.
Overall development status tracking & reporting, design review and planning
Coach, motivate and actively contribute to each engineer's career goal and aspiration
Set clear team goals and KPIs and regular performance evaluation
Motivate team members
Listen to team member's feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Qualifications:
Experienced in software development - mixture of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, DevOps development management
Experienced in team management - Lead, and motivate team member
Good knowledge in solutioning, development framework and familiar with Web and Mobile Application platforms
Well-rounded in DevOps tools used for Requirement and Design capturing, testing, deployment, source code management, etc.
Technology Stacks - Frontend/Mobile (Android): Node.JS, React, Vue.JS, Kotlin - Backend: Java SpringBoot, Firebase, Kafka, Apigee - Database: Redis, MySQL - DevOps: Jenkins, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Docker, Kubernetes
