Responsibilities:
In charge of the daily operation of IT systems, computer administration and can handle activities, such as systems monitoring and running regular backups; setting up, deleting and maintaining individual user accounts; and developing organizational security procedures.
Prepare IT documentation and IT evidence for compliance with SEC and ISO standards relevant to doing business.
Document processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.
Coordinate with the IT Security Department to propose annual IT strategy, plan, budgets and IT security policy.
Solve technical problems for customers in collaboration with the customer service team.
Coordinate with the Upbit Korea Team to develop and solve IT problems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or any related field of study.
Work experience or internship as a system administrator, network administrator or similar role.
Experience with database management, networks, various operating systems and platforms.
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
High interpersonal skills with patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.
Ability to communicate in English.
Strong sense of responsibility and a good team player, willing to handle all support requests with professionalism and problem-solving aptitude.
Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
