Job Description:
Managing part of the recruitment cycle for multiple discipline (receiving job requirements onward)
Handle in IT recruitment assignments including screening applicants, sending applications to manager, scheduling interviews, interviewing and short listing candidates.
Actively search candidates on the market via job portals.
Present fully screened and qualified candidates in a professional and timely manner
Maintain and manage the communication between applicants, hiring manager and others to ensure smooth processes.
Assist with coordinating and or attending external parties (e.g. university, exhibitions) to expand the recruitment activities
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree's in any field welcome
Have experience in Recruitment field 1-2 years.
Have experience in Recruitment Company will be advantaged.
Have experience in IT Recruiter.
Have knowledge in IT words.
Basic - Good command English is required (written / verbal)
Skilled in negotiation, presenting, selling and problem solving
Team player and quick learner.
