Job Description
The company Lawyer shall be mainly responsible in the following:
1. Handles all contracts involved within the real estate company
2. Provides guidance and assistance in the preparation, review and assessment of documents and corporate legal processes which may be required in case of delinquent and forfeited accounts or other legal problems
3. Evaluates news business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors
4. Designs and oversees the company's policy and position on legal matters
5. Protects the company against legal risks and violations
6. Examines the legal issues related to new products and services
7. Guides management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
