Experience Creating Nuget Packages
Experience with .Net Interop
Experience with the PDF File Format
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, OCR, Excel or Barcodes
Experience with C++ 
Experience developing commercial or open source class libraries.
Bachelor's degree (Software Engineering or a related field).
