Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation, using tools like Selenium, Appium, or Playwright with Python, JavaScript, or Java
Skilled in designing, implementing, and reviewing automation frameworks and test scripts, with a focus on code quality and structured code reviews
Strong programming fundamentals and experience with technical frameworks, including version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, mocking, and test automation tools
Capable of leading QA automation projects, including planning, progress tracking, and cross-team coordination
Team mentoring or people management experience is a plus
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust, k6) is a plus
