Responsibilities:
Implement, configuration and support client infrastructure (cloud and on-prem)
Cooperation with End-user, Project Team and in-house developer.
To perform in design, planning, deploying, monitoring and related procedures.
Maintain monitoring service level and monitoring network/storage equipment, connection and resolving incidents.
Develop documentation in support of regular operations, configuration documents and implementation documents.
Be on-call and respond in a timely manner to alerts.

Qualifications:
Experience in complex software application troubleshooting
Experience in Linux system troubleshooting such as "ERROR 2006 (HY000): MySQL server has gone away"
Experience in installation and configuration on production environments of High-Availability and high-performance computing such as MariaDB Galera Cluster, open MPI, Elasticsearch cluster, Mysql multi master
Experience in installation and configuration of Web-based Application and Web Service on platforms
Experience in installation and configuration of CMS/e-commerce platform such as Wordpress, Magento
Experience in installation and configuration of LINUX monitoring platform such as Zabbix, Nagios
Experience in log management platforms such as Graylog, ELK stack.
Ability to analyze information logically and systematically towards problem resolution.

Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
