Responsible for issuing Purchase Order of ingredients, direct materials, and services and following up Vendors for Delivery to stores
Monitor and support an ordering of new store opening
Responsible for negotiating best rates and best transit time with freight forwarders of import shipments
Monitor and follow-up a renewal of Vendor's Certificate for Import products with Vendors, Embassy, FDA, Agent and other related departments for certify true copy documentation.
Reconcile Monthly Warehouse Inventory by analyze inbound and outbound transactions since ordering to suppliers, receiving at Third-party logistics (or 3PL) and dispatching to stores
Track and Evaluate performance for Third-party logistics (or 3PL) on a monthly basis
Manage and solve issues from Vendors, Third-party logistics (or 3PL), Transport, and Stores for smooth delivery of stock replenishment following "On Time In Full" performance logic on a daily basis
Lead count stock at at Third-party logistics (or 3PL) a quarterly basis
Lead write-off at Third-party logistics (or 3PL) on a quarterly basis
Run and Generate Monthly Distribution Report for stock distribution to stores
Responsible for cross-checking Monthly Billing of Warehouse & Distribution cost
Develop and Set-up new strategies to streamline ordering processes
Perform metrics reporting and data analysis to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or related fields
Commercial acumen, attention to details, logical thinking.
Good leadership skills especially in collaboration, responsiveness, problem solving, and decision making.
Strong computer literacy especially Excel skills.
