Job Maintenance Supervisor
First was founded in Lin'an and is locatated in the western suburbs of Hangzhou city in Zhejiang Province. As the world largest and most recognized solar encapsulant materials supplier, Hangzhou First currently has four operating plants and one new material research institute . The company's main product , the EVA encapsulant film enjoys more than 50 % domestic market share and more than 30 % international market share . First has built deep relations and cooperation with numerous globally famous PV enterprise and has important influence on the solar encapsulation market . At present, the company has been investing in the country, Thailand at hemaraj eastern seaboard industrial estate 2 sriracha, Chonburi, Khan song map and Mabtaphut industrial estate in Rayong are looking to those that are able to be a part of success. As follows:

Detials Company : - normal work for Office ( 5 days a week) Monday-Friday at 8.00 a.m.-17.00 p.m. - normal work for Factory part is shift work (Working 4 days,Day off 2 days a week at 07.30 a.m. - 19.30 p.m./ 19.30 p.m. - 07.30 a.m.) - Welfare beginning included : house allowance 1,200 baht per month - Attendance allowance 1,000-1,300 baht per month - Meal allowance 70 baht per day (only working day) - Travel allowance 70 baht per day (only working day) - Night Shift 120 baht per night (only working day) - KPIs allowance 800 - 4,500 baht per month (depend on performance) - Bonus Minimum 2 months - Social Security Fund - Life Insurance Group - Certificate 500 - 2,000 baht - Position 1,000 - 3,000 baht - Uniform,PPE - others are installed
