Position Summary
Conduct outbound calls in a professional, courteous, and tactful manner. Accurately enter call result data.

Contact customers to conduct interviews or provide information in a professional, courteous and tactful manner. Obtain responses, some of which may be of a sensitive nature, and enhance call completion. Ask discovery questions to determine customer needs.
Provide extraordinary customer service with all customer interactions.
Accurately enter call data into the system during the call.
Transform open-ended responses into appropriate pre-defined categories.
Perform other data entry, outbound survey, clerical duties or other assigned duties at the discretion of the Customer Sales or Service Supervisor/Lead.
Responsible for achieving set metrics.
Must follow all safe work practices, escalate unsafe conditions and report incidents.
Must be able to adhere to be scheduled 24 hours per week between the hours of 9am-6pm M-F.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): Tagalog ,Mandarin Chinese
