Gather information about vehicle sale plan and financial conditions. Develop financial campaigns and execute countermeasures to promote sales of Isuzu vehicles. Establish and evaluate effectiveness of marketing plan and campaigns. Conduct analysis and market research; communicate with related parties; supervise information gathering from market. Study financial product development and competition movement, marketing channels. Propose and carry out new business development Monitor progress. Establish operation action plan. Troubleshoot, resolve issues and give corrective measures to subordinates. Initiate and deliver management reports. Other jobs and responsibilities of Unit Manager including but not limited to communicating company policies to subordinates, discipline staffs behavior, and staff skill development.

Required work experience
Bachelor Degree in marketing, Business Administration fields, related fields or higher. Must have at least 10 year experience in sales and marketing field. Know hire purchase business and leasing well. Experience in finance business is an advantage. Experience in leading new projects is an advantage. Excellent analytical skills and high-initiative. Excellent communication and negotiation skill. Strong leadership. Teamwork oriented. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office. Good command of English.
