o Oversee and manage graphic designer, marketing analysts, digital marketing strategy (social media, email marketing, paid ads, keyword based ads), new product marketing plan, market research
o Project manage inter-departmental projects
o Optimize current workflows and processes
o Create new processes and systems for various marketing projects
o Data analysis and reporting on performances and efficiencies
o Streamline reporting and communication within Marketing Team
