We're Hiring: Marketing & Sales Support (Russian Speaker - Full-Time, Phuket)
Are you passionate about real estate, marketing, and working in an international environment?
Join the team at SkyLuke Property, one of Phuket's most dynamic real estate agencies, specializing in luxury villas and high-yield investment properties.
We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Support professional who is a native Russian speaker, fluent in English, and has strong experience in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Write and translate marketing content (social media, email, property listings) in both Russian and English
• Coordinate with international real estate agents and clients
• Support the sales team with project presentations, lead generation, and follow-ups
• Help organize property tours and promotional events
• Manage communications across social media and marketing platforms
• Maintain marketing materials and digital assets in an organized, brand-consistent manner

Qualifications
• Native Russian speaker with excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content writing, or social media campaigns
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, calm demeanor
• Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented
• Experience in real estate or luxury branding is an advantage

Compensation
• Starting salary: THB 25,000+ (depending on experience)
• Attractive commission structure based on performance
