Job Description
• Coordinating all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts including merchandising, community relations, public relations, information, events, and demos.
• Promote all products through Faxed, E-mail, Flyers, Social network, Internet & etc.
• Responsible to do inbound and outbound calls
• Replying to motions via email within the given time
• Follow-up leads and samples provided by the sales team
• Implement strategies to sell products or services
• Make brochures, quotations and reports
• Retain existing customer by providing prompt customer services
• Make daily and monthly reports
• Monitor Sales and Quotas
• Perform demonstration if there is a walk-in client
• Oversee & Supervise Marketing Officers with their daily task and performance.
• Help Marketing & Sales Team to gain more sales (Individual Sales)
• Coordinate with General Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders
• Monitor Government biddings and Online Shops such as Lazada, Shopee, Carousell etc.
• Perform other tasks
