Essential
● Fluency in Thai and proficiency in English required
● Understanding MEAL methodologies required
● Mobile data collection and online data storage strongly preferred
● Computer literacy including knowledge of MS package and Google Workspace is essential
● Understanding of anti-trafficking and human rights' issues in Thailand and Southeast Asia is
essential
● Familiarity with institutional donor (e.g. EU, USAID, UN) MEAL requirements preferred
● High level of ethics and integrity
● Good report writing skills
● Good oral and written communication skills including presentation skills; fluency in Thai and
English essential
● Positive attitude and a team player
Desirable
● Experience of working in a multi and/or international disciplinary team
● Understanding of international development work
