Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test mechanical components, systems, and equipment for industrial applications, such as HVAC, heat pumps, and ORC energy systems.
- Utilize Any software to create detailed engineering drawings and schematics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as electrical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage and participate in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Perform quality control and assurance activities, such as inspection and testing, to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mechanical engineering, and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Communicate technical information effectively to internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with Kallistos Co., Ltd.'s health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Participate in project management activities, such as budget and schedule development and monitoring.
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics.
Experience in developing and testing mechanical components, systems, and equipment for industrial applications, such as HVAC, heat pumps, and ORC energy systems.
Knowledge of materials selection and analysis techniques for various applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure successful project delivery.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Commitment to quality control and assurance, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
