We are currently in need of Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join our DealWatch team.
The role contributes to the DealWatch M&A and ECM transaction database offering of the EMIS product line. The primary function of the position is to add and update transaction records in the DealWatch database following a daily monitoring of company press releases, stock exchange announcements, and news stories regarding M&A and other corporate transactions in emerging markets.
He will also be monitoring M&A and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) activity in China, and entering relevant transactions in database. Creative descriptive and concise comments in English to the entered transactions. Checking the quality of historical deal records to ensure the transaction database provides a consistently high standard of data.
