Job brief
We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile Developer to work with a team of developers and UX designers to create and maintain a web application that will be available on multiple platforms such as Android and iOS.
You will be in charge of developing native web applications, with an emphasis on front-end development.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Mobile Developer who can create dynamic, high-performance, and responsive user interfaces for our web applications.
Responsibilities
Work with a team of developers and designers to create a web application that can run on multiple platforms.
Create the data and presentation layers for the front-end of a web application.
Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
Integrate APIs from third parties.
Release applications to the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
Participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standups as well as two-week sprints.
Assist with building estimates.
Work with modern tools such as Jira, Slack, GitHub, Google Docs, and others.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a software developer
3+ years of experience in Frontend
Fundamental understanding of mobile programming languages such as Java for Android, Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, etc
Experienced in one or more libraries (e.g. Redux, React Router, etc) for state managing and routing in addition to React.
Experience with NoSQL databases is a strong plus
Writing clean, readable React Native code
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
Understanding and grasp of Agile development and Scrum practices
Flexibility and deadline driven
Good English communication skills are advantageous
