To lead Formulation team in order to make sure quality products will be launched in market. Key Responsibilities: This role is responsible for ensuring the products will be launched within the timeline to reach the company goals.
Key responsibilities :
• Creates a prototype of a new product in order to iron out flaws in the final design
• Gathers the raw materials necessary to build or create the product being developed
• To Research on new trends of skincare, health care and make up products and related raw materials.
• To create ideas to enhance the quality and be successful in the market
• To Source new Suppliers/manufacturers for production support and evaluation
• To Work closely with Thai FDA authorities in order to strengthen relationship as well as update regulation and guideline to ensure that company's products comply with.
• Coordinate and manage relationship with manufacturer for initial development and manage production schedules to meet the timeline.
• To monitor quality assurance of manufacturers as standard set by the company

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor degree of Science, Cosmetic or related field.
2. Minimum 1-5 years of experience in R&D for cosmetic products.
3. Experience in Cosmetic OEM, FMCG would be advantage.
4. Good communication skill in both written and spoken English and Thai.
5. Positive attitude and pro-active.
6. Good interpersonal skill at all levels of employees interacted with.
7. Good problem solving and analytical skill.
8. Good computer literature, proficient with Microsoft Office applications and good presentation skill.
