Polkadot Incorporated is an e-commerce service provider seeking a Customer Service Representative (Non Voice). You will be crucial to the company as your role is to make sure all customer queries and concerns are taken care of.
 
As our Polka.PH Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to go above and beyond, to satisfy the needs of our customers. From responding to messages, answering questions, processing, updating and tracking orders. 
 
What you will be doing on a typical day:
Receive Polka.PH customer queries and concerns over chat and e-mail.
Impress customers with your ability to resolve their concerns. 
Provide excellent 5 star customer service to keep customers coming back.
Our Ideal Candidate:
1 year experience in BPO industry - voice or non voice
Professional working fluency in English
Genuine concern for customers
Meticulous attention to detail
Tech savvy and comfortable with new technology
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Willing to work for a non-traditional, creative startup environment
