General Description: Provides virtual medical assistance to US medical clinics and healthcare facilities by taking care of various office processes. 
 
Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
 
REMOTE NURSE / MEDICAL ASSISTANT 
 
Responsibilities: 
Registering and telephonic Pre-Screening for New Patients 
Scheduling and Appointment Confirmation of patients for Consult or Follow-up 
Procurement of authorization for procedure, consultation, medication and durable medical equipment 
Inbound and outbound calls with Patients, Insurance offices, Healthcare Facilities and Law Offices 
Medical Records Management (e.g. Expedite faxes, records review, proofreading medical reports) 
Authorization Request and Referral Tracking 
Transcription of Doctor’s Dictation and data conversion of Medical Records 
Requirements: 
Graduate of any Allied Medical Course (i.e. Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, PT/OT, etc.) or any non-medical course but with call center experience 
Good English communication skills, both oral and written 
Computer literacy (should have knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel) 
PREFERS to work in shifting schedule (depending on assigned clinic) 
Willing to work in both JY Square Mall, Lahug, Cebu Business Park (2Quad Building), and/or IT Park
