Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Minimum of 8 years' overall experience
Between 4 to 6 years' experience in Operational Excellence/Process Improvement work
At least in Six Sigma Green Belt (GB) certified with good knowledge in Lean practices
Broad financial knowledge for budgeting, profit plan obtainment etc.
have worked in a BPO - Operational Excellence (or similar) function
Experience in running large operations is preferred
Job Summary:
Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience and employee input in a project environment

Salary: Php70,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
