Job Description
Job specific accountabilities:
Supports applications and systems by meeting or exceeding standards and service levels while minimizing operational risk
Engages appropriate partners (internal or external) to resolve operational issues; plan parallel work streams when possible
Aligns operational processes to enable effective delivery of technical assistance
Performs some or all of the following tasks: data management, data loads, runs scans, validation scripts, schedule production releases
Enables monitoring, testing, and sign off activities in software development
Deploys infrastructure requirements for all production environments
Participates in disaster recovery planning
Knowledge & skills:
Clear communication with technical and non-technical professionals
Readiness and confidence in installing, configuring, upgrading business applications/systems in coordination with appropriate stakeholders
Collaborative attitude, willingness to work with team members
Constantly learns from both success and failure
Good organizational and problem solving abilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasion
Good verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes
Minimum experience:
Background in Business Analysis
