Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years of operational management experience
● At least 5 years of experience with USAID projects
● Deep understanding of USAID's systems, rules, and regulations governing project compliance, procurement, and financial management
● Strong organizational and management skills
● Proven experience leading teams and managing personnel
● Fluent in Thai and English
● Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
