Roles and responsibilities:
• Responds to emergency situations such as security issues/calls, other-related events and ensure clients are moved to a secure space
• Responsible in enforcing peace and order in the Center
• Responsible in monitoring and overseeing clients in day-to-day tasks and ensuring clients are properly taken care of
• Assists the Clinical staff in carrying out daily activities and tasks of clients
• Clean and inspect facility equipment, reports equipment that will need repair and maintenance
• Oversees maintenance, upkeep and security of the Center
• Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Willing to work as stay-in
• With at least 6 months work experience
• 21 years old - 35 years old
• Physical fitness and stamina
• Attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Receptive to training and coaching
• Can be a multi-tasker
• Ability to work being alone or as part of the team
