คุณสมบัติ :
Daily task's will include:
* What will you do?
• Managing office (ordering supplies, managing deliveries, dealing with rentals, paying bills).
• Following local updates regarding public holidays and making schedule for employees
• Assists in scheduling, meeting planning events and appointments
• Working with immigration managing all the 90 day renewals, processing new work permits, processing work permit and visa extensions for the staff
• Keep track of monthly expenses and bookkeeping
• Doing translations and handling local issues for the management in Thai language
• Participating in business meetings with management and communication with local partners
• Searching and communication with potential local partners
• Any other assistance that management will require
* Applicants should be
• Fluent in English and Thai (Required)
• Additional language: Mandarin would be an asset
• Great customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• Willing to learn and accept the directions
• Ability to work under pressure and good to solving problems.
• Able to work proactively and active personality.
• Responsible, disciplined and purposeful
