US Phone Sales Representative
We are searching for experienced telemarketing phone sales reps to work from home.
No cold sales, we only do inbound sales from hot leads of customers who are interested to buy, you just need to close the sale and push for upsales and take some save the sale calls to prevent refunds via trouble shooting and product replacements.
We offer Fix Rate plus 3 tiers of commissions for hitting KPIS
Fix rate $600 USD/Month just for your time but you must note that if you don't hit the first tier KPI bonus you might get fired for low performance, every good rep should be able to hit at least the first KPI tier.
$300 additional USD for hitting the first tier of KPIS
$500 additional USD for hitting the second tier of KPIS
$1,000 additional USD for hitting the third tier of KPIS
$1,500 additional USD for hitting the fourth tier of KPIS
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English level is a must for this position.
- Solid Previous Call Center Sales Experience - Don't contact us if you don't have this experience
- Problem Solving ability
- Patience with elders
- Kindness
- Time Availability to work on different shifts including weekends
- Stable high-speed internet
- Stable high-performance Computer
- WebCam
- Microphone Head Set with Noise Cancelling
- Full time availability 8 hours 6 days a week
- Long Term Availability
