Policy & Workflow Consultant : Contract
Work styte: Hybrid or fully onsite (depending on project requirements)
Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of policy enforcement frameworks and rule-based engines.
• Experience in implementing policy-driven access control and governance models
• Understanding of Data Access Service (DAS) models, including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control).
• Ability to manage data security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools and process automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in integrating Centralized Workflows with ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of API-driven policy enforcement and microservices architecture.
• Ability to analyze policy impact on business operations.
• Experience in designing scalable and adaptable policy frameworks.
•Excellent communication, both Thai and English is important.

• Legacy Systems Assessment Analyze current system capabilities, limitations, and dependencies with other systems or business processes
• Migration Strategy Development Define the roadmap for legacy system decommissioning or integration with new technologies.
• System Integration & Compatibility
• Data Migration & Management
• Technical Leadership & Support
• Project Management
• System Documentation
• Change Management
• Post-Migration Support
Qualification:
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on legacy systems, system migrations, and integration projects. (Legacy Lead)
• Min. 5-7 years of experience in IT, particularly in legacy systems, data migration, and system integration projects. (for Legacy Sub-Lead)
• Strong knowledge of legacy system architectures, data management, and integration technologies.
• Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques, as well as methodologies for legacy system modernization.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
• Change Management Skills
• Open for Thai nationality only.
