Job description:
Lead the product development process in an agile environment, working with teams that are located in different countries.
Translate product vision and concepts into user journey designs, breaking them down into user stories details and wireframes.
Coordinate and communicate product requirements with external parties (clients, partners, users). Project manage the timelines and client coordinations. You will be required to regularly meet with clients and align on client expectations.Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy
Coordinate with internal teams for implementation, including engineering, operations, product marketing to develop and launch the product.
Design test cases, perform and/or oversee various tests for web/app such as QA, UAT, functional end-to-end test
Be involved or take the lead in user research. If you have the right experience in this field, you can also take the lead in designing the user research strategy that fits into the product concept.
Knowledge in UI/UX to help make the product experience better
Work closely with clients to conduct analysis to collect feedback on our products and initiatives, and redesign our product accordingly.
Qualifications
BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
3-6 years of experience in a product role with experience in building mobile app/web product/platform
Experience in UX and/or user research and/or product design (or is a fast learner to pick up these skills)
Strong communication skills in email, face-to-face conversation and messenger discussion
Good skill in English for communicating, read and writing
Can work under pressure
Have a strong passion for driving Social Change in Thailand
Preferred Qualifications..
Ability to write and validate SQL queries and to ensure data is validated
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Data Studio, Google Analytics and Mixpanel
Basic knowledge of Python
