Product Manager / product owner (urgent)Onework

As a Product Owner/Product Manager at Onework you are considered a leader of the vertical that you are managing. This means end-to-end ownership of the software from vision to execution.
You will be working with an Agile Team of developers, QA and designers along with other business verticals in order to deliver business goals and most importantly solve customer pain points.
Product: Onework is a hybrid workplace solution for enterprise. We are witnessing a huge wave of transformation toward the hybrid workplace from small businesses to large enterprises. This transformation is happening now.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Define the product vision and strategy of your product based on data & feedback
Manage Agile Team to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables
Manage customer requirements and product roadmap
Ensure all product knowledge is properly documented and communicated
Clearly articulate the strategy to product designers and engineers. Work with your feature team in order to bring the product to life
Your ideal profile:
Willing to get hands dirty and "Just do it" attitude
Strong storytelling skill, holding basic design skills would be an advantage
Great communication and interpersonal skills
3-5 years of product management experience in a Scrum team
Tech savvy with an understanding of how technology decision impacts business
Experience with Reactjs, Nodejs, Postgresql and AWS is a plus
User empathetic, data driven and strong at product research and competitor analysis
Be able to somewhat communicate in English
